If you're unable to log into your HUM app because you aren't receiving an OTP, it's possible that you may have "opted out" of receiving texts from the number that sends you your OTP.
To test this, please text START to (831)216-0962 to re-subscribe and restore access.
If that doesn't work, you may have to check the following:
- Check your SMS spam folder
- Check for any blocked numbers
Ensure that (831)216-0962 is neither blocked nor landing in spam if you are still not receiving an OTP after texting "START" to (831)216-0962.
