If you need to update your profile picture or resolve a non-compliant profile photo, changes must be handled by the HUM support team.
To request an update, email help@humrideshare.com with the following:
- Your new profile image attached
- Your Driver ID included in the message
Once received, the team will review the image and update your profile if it meets requirements.
If your profile picture was marked as non-compliant, submitting an updated image using the steps above is the fastest way to resolve the issue.
