HUM prohibits discrimination, harassment, or unequal treatment of passengers or drivers under any circumstance.
This policy applies to all HUM trips and all interactions on the HUM platform.
1. Prohibited Conduct
Drivers may not discriminate against passengers based on:
Race
Color
Ethnicity
National origin
Gender or gender identity
Sexual orientation
Religion
Age
Disability
Medical condition
Veteran status
Language
Physical appearance
Any other protected characteristic
Examples of violations:
Refusing or cancelling a trip because of a protected characteristic
Harassment, slurs, or demeaning language
Denying reasonable disability-related accommodations
Providing unequal or unsafe service
Any violation may result in suspension or permanent deactivation.
2. HUM’s Commitment
HUM supports a respectful and inclusive experience for all riders and drivers. We expect all drivers to treat every passenger with professionalism and courtesy.
3. Reporting Discrimination
Anyone who experiences or witnesses discriminatory behavior should report it immediately.

Summary of what occurred
HUM investigates all reports and takes action as needed.
4. Driver Requirements
Drivers must:
Provide service to all passengers unless personal safety is at risk
Comply with all anti-discrimination and disability-access laws
Maintain a professional and respectful environment
Avoid verbal, physical, or implied harassment of any kind
Consequences
Violations may result in:
Required retraining
Temporary suspension
Permanent deactivation
Regulatory reporting when required
