HUM uses standardized Rate Cards to calculate fares across different vehicle types and regions. Your fare earnings are determined by the Rate Card active in your region at the time of the trip.
Rate Cards may vary by state or city and may be updated periodically.

Cancellation Fee (shown to passengers but not collected)
Private Rides or Manual Rides use the same underlying fare structure for consistency.

Notes for Drivers
Rate Cards apply to all HUM-generated trips in the region.
Private Rides may be priced differently by the driver, but these rates serve as a reference point for passengers.
Rate Cards may change based on regulations, insurance requirements, or market conditions.
HUM will notify drivers if Rate Cards are updated.
