This is the fastest and most direct way to get assistance.
Daily Live Support Sessions
Monday–Friday at 11:30am Pacific, HUM hosts a Virtual Live Support session.
Drivers can join to ask questions, get help with the app, and receive updates.
A link is sent via SMS and email before each session.
2. Driver Orientations (New Drivers)
HUM hosts live orientations for all new drivers to learn the basics, ask questions, and get ready to drive.
Orientation Schedule (Pacific Time)
Tuesday – 5:00pm
Thursday – 5:00pm
Saturday – 9:00am
Drivers receive calendar links via email/SMS.
3. Weekly Virtual Meetup (Community + Analytics)
Every Tuesday at 11:30am Pacific, HUM hosts a Virtual Driver Meetup.
These sessions include:
Weekly driver analytics
Operational updates
New features
Open mic Q&A with leadership
Community share time
This is one of the most valuable community touchpoints for active drivers.
4. Coffee & Cruise (In-Person Meetups)
HUM hosts in-person driver meetups known as Coffee & Cruise.
These events create space for drivers to connect, share stories, and build community.
Announcements are sent by SMS and email.
5. WhatsApp Driver Community
HUM operates a WhatsApp Community where drivers collaborate, share leads, ask questions, and help each other succeed.
This is the most active community space for drivers.
